Description
"Billy" Sunday, famous baseball-evangelist, known as "the man who saved a million souls," today had gone to his last reward. He died in Chicago last night of a heart attack at the age of 72. Photo shows "Billy" in one of his typical poses on the revival stand when he exhorted converts to "hit the sawdust trail." Photo dated: November 7, 1935.
