Description
Robb Bay is a Drucker School alumnus who was originally a community college administrator. He decided to teach management after meeting Peter Drucker. Currently he teaches management at a community college in Las Vegas, Nevada. He lists his favorite Drucker quotation as “you must always focus on the four or five things that will make the most positive, significant impact in your life in the next 12 to 18 months.” He describes Drucker as an authentic and caring person whose management style cares about people, not profit.
