Photograph caption dated December 23, 1947 reads, "Here are 15 of the 16 defendants in the trial in which judge today found 13 guilty and three innocent of disturbing of Glendale political meeting. (1) Bob Burkheimer, Glendale News-Press photographer, not guilty; (2) Publisher H. C. Burkheimer; (3) James E. Doggett; (4) Torquil Terndrup; (5) William Kelly; (6) Darrell Crone; (7) Paul E. Owen; (8) Stanley Lord; (9) Ralph A. Baker; (10) Orville Collins; (11) Salvador J. Felix, not guilty; (12) George Franz; (13) Robert Lowe; (14) John A. Tillotson jr.; (15) Art Patek. Reporter Herb Brin, also found not guilty, is not in picture."
