It is a world of beauty, culture and of tradition. It is the world of the Baroness Ilona de Barkow of Sunland. Baroness de Barkow is the widow of the Rt. Hon. Woldemar Baron de Barkow, an international educator and soldier, who was decorated by 53 countries. The baron held five doctor's degrees. There are two cities in Russia today which were named after the de Barkow family. Once on the grounds, you could get lost without a guide through a maze of walks, fruit trees, flowers, plants and pieces of sculpture." Photograph caption reads, "Her latest sculpture attempt. She does her best work in the morning."; See images #00131755 through #00131757 for all photos in this series.
