Valley Park Country Club later became Glenaire Country Club. Photograph caption reads: "Everett J. Phillips, outgoing lieutenant governor of District 16 Kiwanis, left, hands over gavel to Heenan A. Dr. Phillips was awarded a plaque by the Sun Valley, Northridge and Studio City Kiwanis clubs and a pin with 16 diamonds by the 49ers Club. The ceremonies took place at the Valley Park Country Club, 3910 Stansbury Ave., Sherman Oaks. Photograph dated: Dec. 6, 1948.
