Description
Lectures begun in October 1855 "...on surgical anatomy, surgery upon the cadaver, experimental surgery by vivisection, instructions upon Ophthalmic and Orthopaedic Medicine and Surgery. - Clinical Lectures, at the Eye, Ear, and Orthopaedic Infirmary of San Francisco."
Dr. Cooper invites medical men of Mexico, the Central & South Amer. Republics, as well as the Hawaiian Kingdom to study in San Francisco. Document dated Dec. 10, 1856.
