Description: James L. (Jim) Quiggle upon return from a two-month's hunting trip with Bill Bacon. Ca 1935. Jim was formerly Constable for Monrovia township. For a biography see Wiley's History of Monrovia p217. He died May 18, 1955. Retired 1935 - A large party was given to celebrate on Jan 16, 1935.
