Photograph caption dated November 9, 1954 reads "Junior Achievement's first business center in the Los Angeles County area was officially opened this week. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was performed by, left to right, Burbank Councilman George B. Phillips; J. A. teen-age executives Sheila Ingoldsby, president of J. A. Technical Service Co., and senior at Bellarmine-Jefferson High School; Lewis Neiman, treasurer of J.A. Technical Service Co., and senior at Glendale High School; Robert Tellez, president of J. A. Products Co. and senior at Notre Dame High School, and Elmer Olsen, assistant to the vice president of Standard Oil Co. and member of Junior Achievement's board of directors." Junior Achievement is a non-profit youth organization formed in 1919 to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.
