Photograph of a drawing. "First skyscraper -- Southern California's first real skyscraper the 21-story Lee Tower -- will be built on Wilshire Boulevard's Miracle Mile in the very heart of the Los Angeles business nerve center. Work on the glass and steel office building will begin within 60 days. It will be owned and operated by the Lee Tower Corporation, owners and builders. Leasing and management will be handled by the Henry G. Beaumont Company of Beverly Hills." -- typed note attached to verso, dated 28 March 1958.
