Exterior view of Royce Hall on the U.C.L.A. Westwood campus. Building was built in 1928-29 and designed by Allison and Allison, Architects. It was constructed in a Lombardian Romanesque Revival style, said to be based on a design of Sant' Ambrogio in Milan (12th century). View 2: shows the exterior of the building with its twin towers on either sides of the arched entranceway. Several students may be seen standing on the steps at the front of the building, and walking along the quadrangle.
