Description
Photograph of USC football coach Howard Jones (right in photograph) diagramming a football play using poker chips. On his left is John Baker, a USC letterman in 1929, 1930, and 1931 and an All-American in 1931 (but not when this picture was taken July 25, 1933). The white chips are labelled with player names from Baker's playing days and not from the 1933 team. Baker was not a coach or related to the team in 1933 except as an alumnus.
