On hand was Toni Madison and her canine review, above, and musical clown Dorothy Ray. Rickard Norlander, vice president of Security First National Bank in Sherman Oaks, master of ceremonies for the event, said 15 of the club's Shriners attended the party. Balloons and a Halloween cake topped off the festivities."
