The inquiry is scheduled to begin May 15. This was the decision reached Tuesday after the jury's criminal complaints committee heard Police Chief William H. Parker predict clashes between his officers and the Muslims 'are bound to be more frequent.' Today, in Los Angeles Municipal Court, 16 persons arrested in connection with the riot and gunbattle outside the Muslim headquarters at 5606 S.
