Photograph of the parade of participating nations during the opening ceremony of 1928 Summer Olympic Games in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, July 1928. Rows of four people each in light coats and dark pants follow two flag bearers at center as they march around the large track of the Olympisch Stadion on the left. Lines of athletes fill the inner field while fans crowd the tall walls which line the outer edge of the track. Originally, the image was captioned as "March-past of the participating nations during the 1932 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, California, January 1932".
