Bust-length portrait of Van Nostrand seated. Text written under photo: "Judge Van Nostrand 1910." Judge John James Van Nostrand was with the Superior Court, Department Four. He was elected Justice of the Peace in 1902 and became a Superior Court Judge during his second term. Also have negative: no. 29,526 (4x5 in.)
