Photograph caption dated August 12, 1963 reads "The harassment started...after Negroes left." The article partially reads "Mr. and Mrs. Art Kazel, who have lived on Genesta Ave. for nine years, said the trouble started when they put their home up for sale and a Negro broker brought a Negro man and his wife to the house. The Kazels are Caucasian." Mrs. Kazel is silhouetted against a screen door.
