Photograph caption reads: "George Vaughan, a professional gunsmith and organizer of a junior rifle club, receives a plaque from Eddie Holohan, president of the North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, for his "dedicated service to the youth of this community." Vaughan, cited at a chamber breakfast Tuesday, had been teaching teens the art of rifle handling and shooting for over 15 years. None of his students have ever suffered an accident or injury". Photograph dated: July 1, 1965.
