The back of the postcard is blank and contains a printed title "25. - MADAGASCAR. - Mgr de Saune (a l'avant de la barque) allant visiter un village" ("Mgr de Saune, in the front of the boat, goes to visit a village"). The back also contains printed information about the mission agency: "Pour < < l'OEuvre des Pretres Malgaches> > - 79, Avenue de Breteuil, Paris XVe. Ch. post. 567-39 Paris"
