Kawaguchi, lease tenant, listed at the top left corner. Lease beginning January 1, 1940, ending December 31, 1940 for approximately ten acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment of Rancho San Pedro east of Wilmington Street. Land is subject to survey adjustments and lease "shall not be recorded or offered for record." Yearly rent is $250. Lease is signed by Dominguez Estate Company and lessee.
