Photograph caption dated November 14, 1964 reads, "Hand labor is busy in the Valley turning out useful and unusual items and better citizens. The workers are teen-age Junior Achievers and there are more than 3,300 of them in Southern California. Next Saturday you will get a look at a typical J-A workshop and a list of different Christmas gifts they are making available to you, the public."
