Description: The Matsonia operated for the Matson Navigation Company from 1957 to 1963, when she was renamed the Lurline; she was the third Matson vessel so named. The Lurline operated from 1932 to 1941, and then, after World War II service as a transport, from 1948 to 1963 for the Matson Navigation Company; she was the third vessel so named.
