Barker Brothers building, located at 818 W. 7th Street, was built in 1925 and designed by Curlett and Beelman. Aerial view of the Statler Hilton Hotel (white building, middle); view is looking northwest toward Silverlake. Also visible are the Harbor Freeway (110), Barker Brothers building (lower right), Rex Arms Hotel ('behind' the Statler), and Gates Hotel (middle right).
