Description: Looking over Barnsdale Park for the Junior Arts Center and Gallery is Eddy S. Feldman (left), president of Municipal Art Commission. He is shown with Mrs. Willard Carr and Stanley Fosc in the Japanese garden presented to Los Angeles by its sister city, Nagoya. The Hollyhock House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright surrounds the garden. Photo dated: January 17, 1965.
