Publication by the League of Women Voters of the Eastern Sierra argues that a water pumping program by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power should be delayed because of its effects on the Owens Valley water table. The leaflet also includes other ways to influence the Los Angeles water pumping program and give control of water pumping back to local Owens Valley citizens.
