View looking from the southwest from the propagation fields, shows several U.C.L.A. campus buildings under construction. Two of the buildings under construction is Royce Hall and Powell Library. Royce Hall was built in 1928-1929 and was designed by Allison and Allison, Architects. Powell Library was built in 1927-1929 and was designed by architect George W. Kelham. Both buildings were construction in a northern Italian Romanesque Revival style.
