Description
Corner view of the Fratt building, corner of 2nd and K. Destroyed by fire in 1967, reconstructed in 1978. Front of building is bannered, with sign "'49ers welcome". Corner store in building is Ott's Pharmacy. Other businesses are stationery store and loan office.
