1 column, 45 lines, written on recto along the fibers. Six different hands, all except hand 3 (lines 31-34) being regular small cursive; hand 3 is that of a slow writer. Margins: top, 1 cm.; left, 1.2 cm. On verso: slight remains of 3 lines (across the fibers) Onnophris, Son of Pakebkis of Tebtunis, leases 2 arourae of temple land to Taorseus for 19 years. The text is dated the 18th year of the Emperor Hadrian, the 4th of the intercalary days (Aug. 27, 134 A.D.) In Greek.
