Photograph caption dated October 25, 1956 reads "Congressman Edgar Hiestand examines magnesium mounting base for Convair's Terrier missile at North Hollywood Bendix plant. With him are Walter E. Harmon, left, hydraulic factory manager, and R. C. Fuller, general manager. Hiestand recently toured Valley facility to keep abreast with developments in national defense."
