Photograph caption dated June 9, 1965 partially reads, "Dodie Myers, left, with recording stars Nino Tempo, April Stevens and Jody Miller." The article partially reads, "The winner, and 'Miss 16 L. A.' is an Encino girl, sweet Dodie Myers, blonde daughter of the Julian Myers. Radio station KBLA and '16 Magazine' conducted the contest and have awarded Dodie a load of loot. She is also eligible to compete later this summer for the title of 'Miss 16 U.S.A.'"
