Description
Oil spill runoff in Ballona Creek at the 2700 block bridge of South La Cienega, where petroleum product leaked into the wash on April 28, 1983. Los Angeles City Fire, County Flood Control, Dept. of Fish and Game, and U. S. Coast Guard scurry to figure a way to clean it before it makes its way to the ocean.
