Description
Commando troops, their faces blackened with war paint, are shown advancing over the Spring Street steps of City Hall as they "captured" the heart of the city on January 4, 1944, during a realistic "attack" staged as a prelude to the "Los Angeles Attacks" Army-Navy Show to be held Saturday and Sunday at the Coliseum.
