Description
"This is Pioneer House, a 132-unit apartment project for senior citizens which is scheduled to be opened in August along the north side of P Street between 4th and 5th Streets. The six-story, $1.9 million development is being put up by Cathedral Pioneer Church Homes, in cooperation with the Trinity Episcopal Cathedral and the Pioneer Congregational United Church of Christ, both of Sacramento. A companion project, Trinity House, is under construction at 27th St. and Capitol Ave. by the same developers"
