Photograph caption dated January 17, 1956 reads "John Weinmaster, owner of Burbank car lot, examines damage to auto when large sign was blown by gust of wind and fell amidst parked vehicles at 110 S. Victory Blvd. Damage was estimated at more than $500. Strong winds which swept Valley during last 24 hours are scheduled to continue again today."
