Photograph was edited for publication purposes. Photograph caption dated October 3, 1963 reads, "Twenty-six determined baseball fans have 'camped out' in front of the Los Angeles Dodgers' ticket office to assure themselves of World Series tickets. Some have cots and portable stoves to make their wait a little more comfortable. The Dodgers will place 6,000 tickets on sale at 11 a.m. Friday. They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis with a limit of two tickets to a customer. Series games against the Yankees are set for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. There will be 2,000 tickets for each game, priced at $4, $8 and $12, on sale. The ticket office is on Stadium Way, adjacent to the Naval Armory."
