Photograph caption dated September 11, 1957 reads "Buzz Fazio, left, and Steve Nagy, of St. Louis, two of country's outstanding bowlers, are shown in action at competition at Victory Bowling Center, Van Nuys. Proceeds from match went to City of Hope fund. Both are members of national championship team. Nagy was first man to bowl perfect 300 game before national television audience. Bowling has become No. 1 indoor participant sport in United States, with 23,000,000 enthusiasts." See images 00154996 through 00155001 for all photos in this series.
