Description
A photo of Florin West Elementary School students Phyllis Haight, Vincent Tudisho, and June French in front of Leonard French's studebaker. Florin West Elementary School was located on McComber Lane from 1887 to 1954, when they moved to a new location on Kara Drive. The old building continued to be used as a school until it was destroyed by vandals in the 1970's. June French was an active member of the Sacramento 4-H as well as the Masonic temples in the area.
