Photograph caption dated August 3, 1959 reads, "Especially designed for young Valley living is this three-bedroom and family room home in the community of Sepulveda, one of a group of 38 nearing completion. Features include two and a half baths, air cooling, forced air heat, built-in ovens and ranges, carpeting, fireplaces, oversized double garages. Shown making regular inspection tour are Richards Mathews Jr., left, president of Commonwealth Savings and Loan Association which is financing the development, and A. E. Sandorf, builder."
