Photograph of an exterior view of the Anaheim City Hall, ca.1903. The building is two stories high and is made of brick. There is a tall tower at center topped by an open viewing platform. Another, shorter tower is at left and bears the words "City Hall 1882". A balcony is at left above a large arched doorway. There is an awning covering the sidewalk in front of the building at right. A horse-drawn wagon with a single person inside is parked in the dirt street at right.
