Description: Letter notifies Hashii of former tenant's, Miss [Kusuye] Oishi, lease agreement in her own name. The company asks Mr. Hashii to sign the carbon copy of this letter and they will send him a new lease for his leased acreage amount of ten and seven-tenths. The letter also asks him to clarify a credit on his account in relation to Miss Oishi's account. See Item csudh_rsp_1493, a letter sent to Mr. Hashii, with similar content.
