Aars-butikken havde i lang tid haft det trangt. Upraktisk og med flere små rum. Møbler var der kun plads til på lageret i baggården. I længere tid havde vi haft øje på et ledigt lokale i passende størrelse på den anden side af gaden, og med bagdør ud til en stor parkeringsplads. Men det var alt for dyrt. Efter lang tids venten og samtaler med ejeren, blev vi enige om en rimelig husleje, og så gik det stærkt. Mange lokale medarbejdere hjalp til med at lave skillerum, sætte inventar på plads og fylde butikken op. I flere dage var der trafik på tværs af vejen , før alt var på plads." Ydre Missions Genbrug " var nu flyttet over gaden til Himmerlandsgade 97, og de røde bånd blev klippet for åbning af de nye lokaler på butikkens 8 års fødselsdag, 20. august 1998. The Aars Second Hand Shop had for years been impractical with several small rooms. Furniture had to be placed in a warehouse at the backyard. For some time we had noticed a vacant, suitable room on the opposite side of the street, and with a direct backdoor to a large car park. However, it was too expensive. After a long time of waiting and negotiations with the owner, we did finally agree on an appropriate rent. Many local employees assisted with re-building and moving of the shop. And on the 8th birthday of the store, 20th August 1998, the ribbon was cut for opening of the new "Foreign Mission Recycling", with chance of increased future sale and turnover.
