Photograph of the north rim from the west end of Duttons Point looking east (Bass Trail), Grand Canyon, ca.1900-1930. A large tree leans out over the canyon at left. The eroded, nearly vertical, rocky wall of the canyon and the rim above are visible at left. The slope covered with trees and brush below the rocky wall sweep toward the canyon floor at right. The far side of the canyon is visible in the distance.
