L.A. County Fire stands by 5,000-barrel tank of butane gas leaking from rupture valve. Because of danger of explosion, several blocks in the area of 223rd Street to Sepulveda around Wilmington Avenue in Carson were closed off. No evacuations of the industrial area businesses were necessary. Photograph dated January 27, 1985.
