Describes lease agreement from April 15, 1945 to April 14, 1946. Signatory for Green Acre Farms is Roy Campell; signatory for Carson Estate Company is Hamilton H. Cotton. Handwritten notes strike year dates and replace with the 1946 and 1947 dates. Land is measured in chains; yearly rent is $1,180.
