Description
Police Chief William H. Parker, left, was the first witness at Mayor Norris Poulson's investigation into alleged rubbish collection racketeering. The mayor (at right, facing camera), with City Attorney Roger Arneberg and Deputy Attorney Ralph Eubank, is shown listening to Parker. Poulson has charged that racketeers are trying to move into the city to take over the rubbish collection business. Photo dated: June 20, 1955.
