Description: Mayor Tom Bradley displays plans for City Hall restoration, which a civic group plans to carry out without taxpayer money. Bradley is shown at a press conference announcing the restoration project which will undertake beautification of public areas, civic meeting places and City Hall. Photos of areas of City Hall which will undergo restoration were displayed at the press conference. Dated April 4, 1986.
