Description
Describes agreement terms for ten acres east of Santa Fe of the Dominguez Colony. Lease terms are for the calendar year 1939 with a yearly rent of $250. Additional type is added to the form including verbiage prohibiting sub-leasing without the consent of the lessor and verbiage outlining the requirements of the alien land laws.
