Yuma Project) on the Colorado River under construction; includes views of locks, weirs, gates, and sluiceways under construction; towns of Potholes (Calif.), Yuma (Ariz.), and Laguna (Ariz.); first water in sluiceway (December 1908); flood (December 1908); California and Arizona "intakes"; and general views.
