Description
Caption dated March 30, 1960 reads, "Brig. Gen. Rafael Andrade, O., commanding general of the Ecuadorian Air Force, personally toured Pacific Airmotive Coproration's facilities at Burbank accompanied by Roy Backman, PAC vice president--Engine and Products Divisions, left, and Lt. Col. James Seavers, U.S. Air Force liaison officer, right. Gen. Andrade was accompanied by four other officers from the Ecuadorian Air Force who are in the United States as special guests of the State Department. Pacific Airmotive and Northrop, which was toured also, are the only companies in the Los Angeles area to be visted [sic] by the Ecuadorian Air Mission."
