Mr. and Miss Gay Black San Diego is an annual charity pageant hosted by the Imperial Court de San Diego (the local chapter of the continent-wide Imperial Court System, currently headed by San Diegan Nicole Murray-Ramirez, aka Empress Nicole the Great).
