Description
HMong story cloth (paj ntaub) made of blue fabric. The story (constructed of appliquéd fabric) depicts the folktale of the tiger who kills a man, and pretends to be him to eat his wife and children. Handwritten text on the cloth accompanies the imagery. The story is bordered by gray, white, and blue appliquéd motifs of mountains (rooj).
